The 2^nd China Talent Management Innovation Summit and the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Guangdong Talent Development and Management Research Institute  were held in Guangzhou recently. The case of "Organizational Remodeling Supports Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading" of CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. was selected as the 2018 Best Practice of Talent Management Innovation in South China, and the company won the 2018 Best Talent Management Innovation Award.

To meet the needs of strategic transformation and upgrading, CIMC Vehicles redefined the portrait of cadres and development goals through "cadre inventory," which provided assistance for organizational remodeling and laid a good foundation for the implementation of strategy and rapid development of business.

It is reported that the Best Talent Management Innovation Award was jointly selected by the Guangdong Talent Development and Management Research Institute and the School of Business Administration of South China University of Technology, with an aim to commend enterprises and organizations in South China that have innovative practices in HR management, have made significant contributions to the society, and enjoy good social reputation, and to explore the best HR innovation practice cases, thus providing an industry benchmark for the innovative practice of HR management and development in China, and as well as typical practice cases for Chinese HR management enterprises.
