(“CIMC Vehicles” or the “Group”, Stock code: 301039.SZ/01839.HK), themed "Star Paradigm, Star-Chained Manufacturing Network", was grandly held in Wuhan. The event celebrated the brilliant achievements of the company over the past 20 years, witnessed how it starts the third venture, and issued a call to all collaborators to share the dividends of high-quality development and pursue a promising future.

Over the past two decades, CIMC Vehicles has evolved from a domestic player to a global leader in the sophisticated manufacturing of semi-trailers and specialty vehicles. It has pioneered high-quality development in China's road transport equipment and explored innovation in the field of new energy specialty vehicles, creating a successful and unique entrepreneurial story.

On this occasion, CIMC Vehicles' President and CEO Guiping Li, Senior Vice President Zhujiang Wang, Vice President and CTO Xiaofu Li, Vice President and Board Secretary Yi Mao, and other company leaders participated in the celebration, joined by hundreds of customers, marking CIMC Vehicles' 20th birthday.

During the event, CIMC Vehicles' CEO and President Guiping Li delivered an important speech. He expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to CIMC Vehicles' development over the past two decades and recounted the company's remarkable journey from 0 to 1.

Guiping Li stated, "Twenty years ago, in Shenzhen and Yangzhou, China, we officially embarked on our first venture. From China to the world, through the fierce competition in the Chinese market, the tumultuous waves of the North American market, and the challenging transformation in the European market, we have always considered it our mission to become a global leader in semi-trailers and specialty vehicles. We have strived to build CIMC Vehicles with dedication and sweat, fostering high-quality development."

Standing at the new stage of CIMC Vehicles' starting the third venture, Guiping Li solemnly announced: "We will start the third venture, construct the 'Star Paradigm,' initiate the Star-Chained Manufacturing Network,' and create an innovative and entrepreneurial platform for new energy. Let's stimulate the pulse of innovative development together."

Guiping Li also called on all collaborators to continue their "collective effort". The "Star-Chained Manufacturing Network" will allow all partners to share in the momentum of "new development" and the dividends of achieving high-quality development. In the journey of the third venture, CIMC Vehicles actively built an innovative and entrepreneurial platform that supports new energy tractors and trailers, provides integrated solutions for the transformation of traditional tractors and trailers, and accelerating the commercialization process of new energy semi-trailer. 

At the event, Vice President and CTO Xiaofu Li and Senior Vice President and CEO of Champion Tanker Business Group Zhujiang Wang delivered theme speeches on "Star Paradigm · EVRT." They elaborated on the definition and pre-research work of the company's integration of new energy tractor-trailers. They also showcased outstanding achievements in the research and development of electric semi-trailers. Their speeches demonstrated the leading position and future development potential of CIMC Vehicles in the field of new energy specialty vehicles.

In addition, Zhiyang Liao, Chairman of the partner company Youbei Technology, delivered a theme speech on "Star Paradigm · Co-development." He reviewed the history of cooperation between Youbei Technology and CIMC Vehicles, stating that "visionary foresight and comprehensive planning" are his deep impressions of cooperation with CIMC Vehicles. In the future, Youbei Technology will actively respond to CIMC Vehicles' development strategy for the third venture. In 2023, CIMC Vehicles also initiated the "Star-Chained Manufacturing Network". On the afternoon of the 9th, Guiping Li was invited to deliver a keynote speech on the theme of "Star Development · Star-Chained Manufacturing Network" at the "2023 Logistics and Transportation Vehicle Summit Forum" hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Guiping Li stated the new "Star-Chained Manufacturing Network" will actively integrate the production, circulation, distribution, and consumption resources of seven domestic semi-trailer factories. The goal is to promote the structural reform of China's semi-trailer production organization, break through the bottleneck of semi-trailer business, bring about end-to-end changes in the business model, and promote the vision of high-quality industry integration, innovation in distribution models, and continuous improvement in the market share and value. Currently, the new organization of the "Star-Chained Manufacturing Network" has taken shape, and the investment in the Star Chain LTP production line will be implemented.

Celebrating CIMC Vehicles' 20th Birthday - Pursuing a Promising Future

Twenty years of majestic waves, twenty years of changes. On the evening of the 9th, the CIMC Night - "Star Paradigm · Collaboration" Gratitude Dinner was held at the Wuhan Baohe Crowne Plaza Hotel.

During the banquet, the premiere of the documentary film on the 20th anniversary of CIMC Vehicles' production was shown, taking everyone on a journey to revisit the company's development history. It presented a magnificent picture of the company decisively bidding farewell to the old era and firmly embracing the new. This documentary showcases CIMC Vehicles' development journey over the past two decades, allowing the guests to experience the collective effort and determination of CIMC Vehicles' people in every frame.
